When you know you have to go…

You know you have to do it when you suddenly start to hear the song “It’s a Beautiful Morning” by The Rascals.

We planned yesterday to go to a lake today if it’s in God’s will for us to go, to take wildlife pictures. I have no doubt now that we should go when He blessed me with that song. It’s been many, many years since I heard that song. I know He will bless us today. Whether it’s taking pictures or encountering someone to share His word with, which we have done there, we are going. Gotta love how He does things!

*The things God does is so beyond words sometimes! I looked at my email this morning and pressed on an email just to see what it said. This is what was in the email “Hear that, Janice? It’s the sound of birds chirping and new things blooming as we head straight into spring.” I found this after posting the blog. Can’t wait to see what He is going to do today!

It happened at two o’clock this morning…

I was awakened this morning at 2:00am and when I got up, I heard something. I heard birds singing outside, it’s TWO in the morning! I went to the door and opened it to listen to them singing. It got me to thinking about a verse, the one about the sparrows. I looked and there are a couple verses about them and how God takes care of them. When you get down to it, what He is saying is… if He can take care of the birds don’t you think He can take care of you?

Think about it, do we truly think and trust Him to take care of things. How many times have we felt like He was taking too long so we took it out of His hands and did it ourselves? Things turn out a lot better when we let go and let God have whatever it is that we are carrying. He can and will do amazing things when we do.

It’s like the story about the person who brought things before God but instead of letting go, they stuck around trying to help. Maybe to them it was taking too long, so they took what they brought before Him and did it themselves. They then get mad at God asking Him why was He being so slow? His reply, “What could I do you never truly let go!”

“Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow [seed] nor reap [the harvest] nor gather [the crops] into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?” (Matthew 6:26).

“Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? Yet not one of them has [ever] been forgotten in the presence of God.” (Luke 12:6).

“Do not fear; you are more valuable than many sparrows.” (Matthew 10:31).

Whatever it is, we are going to listen…

It is beyond words, but I will do my best to put it into words. In the last few months what God has been doing for us has been amazing. This morning He did something again.

I woke up a little before three this morning. I got up and came into the living room and sat down in my chair. Within a moment or two I started hearing a song. I don’t know when I last heard the song. It has to be 30 or 40 years ago. When I found the song, it’s from the 1960’s. I was just a toddler back then. 🙂 What was the song? “It’s A Beautiful Morning” by The Rascals.

I quickly searched to find the words to it, knowing God gave me the song for a reason. We are going to do just what it says, to go outside and get some fresh air. No hanging around inside for us today. God has something He wants to show us or He is wanting us to just go outside. Whatever it is, we are going to listen. God still speaks if you are listening.

It’s a beautiful morning. I think I’ll go outside for a while and smile. Take in some clean fresh air. No sense in staying inside if the weather’s fine. Going on the trip of a life time!

 

Why is it best to spend time with the Lord in the morning? Because you are getting ready to go on a road trip through life. You don’t take the trip and then read the map, do you?

Deuteronomy 4:29 “If from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.”

 

Cross in the sky.

The other day I was driving to town on a back road and I saw this cross in the sky. It was really big and brighter than it shows on here. Very noticeable. I tried to get a good picture but this was the best I could get.

Now what’s really awesome is if you look to the left bottom there’s a cross there that I never noticed. My best friend saw it as soon as I saw it. Again what’s awesome is….there is no cross there! The wood one on the bottom! We just drove by there today and looked. Now again another awesome thing is two people I personally know saw a cross in the sky in MS and AZ the same day!

The icing on the cake is that there was writting next to the cross in the sky but I could never get where I could get a good look at it.

Let the morning bring you word

Psalm 143:8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

So little words but such a powerful and touching song! Yes….Always…..Give me Jesus!

Our body can store certain memories, many without us even knowing it.

I know it’s hard right now, this very second, with all our eyes see going on around us but I am doing something today, now and will do it all day, that is PRAISING GOD!

I PRAISE HIM, PRAISE HIM, PRAISE HIM! I THANK HIM, I THANK HIM, I THANK HIM!

I thank Him for my healing! I thank Him for the money coming today! I thank Him for more wisdom, more knowledge, more of everything from Him!

I thank God for He knows what is needed and He has just provided now, today, this very hour for it! I thank God, for He knows what my body is in need of, whether it’s a healing from an injury, illness, heartache, stress, an emotionally injury or whatever else for God has healed it! I thank You God for canceling out any and all debt of any kind for me, my friends, and my family! I thank you God for canceling out any negative words, any words that did not come from You, that were said over me or about me, my family and my friends! I thank You God! I Thank You God! I thank You God for doing this and more!

God spoke to me yesterday morning about mononuclear and cellular memory. I had to look it up how to spell it. I did not read about what the meaning of the words were until later. You see, our body can store certain memories, many without us even knowing it. We must cancel out and LET GO OF these things! Look it up it’s very real. It can and will effect everything around us.

Today, I am, with God at the front, standing up, speaking out and canceling out any mononuclear or cellular memory that has ever been inflicted on my body in any way, from words, injury, touch, whatever way it came in, it is gone! IN JESUS NAME IT IS DONE!

IT IS DONE! IT IS DONE! IT IS DONE! I KNOW YOU GOD HAVE DONE THIS AND I PRAISE YOU AND THANK YOU!

Twenty-four hours a day…seven days a week… no doubt!

Lamentations 3:22-23 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

The road trip beyond all road trips!

Why is it best to spend time with the Lord in the morning? Because you are getting ready to go on a road trip through life. You don’t take the trip and then look at the map, do you?

1 Corinthians 2:9 No one’s ever seen or heard anything like this, Never so much as imagined anything quite like it—What God has arranged for those who love him but you’ve seen and heard it because God by His Spirit has brought it all out into the open before you.

Lord, give heed to the voices of those crying out to you…

Psalms 5:1-3 Give ear to my words, O LORD, Consider my meditation. Give heed to the voice of my cry, My King and my God, For to You I will pray. My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct it to You and I will look up.
